CIVIC POWER HOURS

Join us for our Civic Power Hours, where we’ll explore how the principles underpinning our new civic future show up in practice.

The first Power Hour (2/19) is on the theme of “getting intimate” and the importance of participatory and proximate approaches in civic life. The second Power Hour (3/19) explores how to “make it last” by committing to relationships and generational work.

Each session will begin with rapid pitches from three practitioners and signatories of the letter, and will be followed by interactive breakout groups where participants will have the chance to connect with one another, deepen their engagement around the letter’s principles, and ask, “How can we support one another to do this work better?”

Whether you’re newly energized to renewing civic life in your community, or have been doing the work for decades, we invite you to be a part of this session.
